Electronic Lease Contract Prices

The following amounts are the final prices for preparing, registering, and following up the electronic documentation of the contract through Ejar.

• Residential lease contract: SAR 225 for the first year, plus SAR 125 for each additional year.
• Commercial lease contract: SAR 300 for the first year, plus SAR 200 for each additional year.
• Two-year residential lease: SAR 350.
• Three-year residential lease: SAR 475.
• Five-year residential lease: SAR 725.
• Two-year commercial lease: SAR 500.
• Three-year commercial lease: SAR 700.
• Five-year commercial lease: SAR 1,100.
• Any partial year is counted as a full year when determining the final contract price.

Residential Electronic Lease Contract Requirements

Some requirements vary according to the property and parties. The usual information and documents include:

• Valid identification for the landlord and tenant.
• Property ownership documentation or proof of legal authority to lease.
• Updated mobile contact details for electronic approval.
• Property, residential unit, and national address details.
• Lease start date, term, and rental value.

Commercial lease requirements are reviewed according to the parties, business entity, activity, and agreed property use.

• Commercial registration or unified number where applicable.
• Property ownership documentation or proof of legal authority to lease.
• Shop, office, warehouse, unit, and national address details.
• Legal representative information and proof of authority where applicable.
• The agreed commercial activity and property use.
• Lease term, rental value, and payment schedule.
• Landlord IBAN where required.
• Agreed obligations and special contract conditions.
